1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in supported regions shown at checkout. If your address cannot be shipped to, the checkout system will block the order automatically.


2. Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

We use Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order (or the exact flat rate shown at checkout)

The final shipping fee is always displayed at checkout before you pay.


3. Taxes (0% Sales Tax)

We currently charge 0% sales tax on orders placed through our store.

If your payment provider or financial institution applies any extra fees (such as currency conversion fees), those are separate from store taxes and are controlled by the provider, not arewahub Store.


4. Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)

All orders require time to be prepared before shipping.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
    (This includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.)

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


5. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After your order ships:

  • Transit Time: 8–9 business days

Transit time may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier workload, and local delivery conditions.


6. Total Delivery Time (10–12 Days)

Your estimated total delivery time is:

  • Total Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

  • Estimated Total: 10–12 business days

This estimate starts after your payment is successfully confirmed.


7. Daily Order Cutoff Time

To keep things predictable:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
    Orders placed after the cutoff time are treated as received on the next business day.


8. Tracking Information

  • If tracking is available, we will email you a tracking number once the order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.


10. Delays Outside Our Control

Delays can happen due to:

  • Weather, natural events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs or local inspections (if applicable)

  • Peak seasons and holidays

We’ll help you track and investigate, but these delays are not always avoidable.


11. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • marked Delivered but not received, or

  • arrives damaged, or

  • appears lost in transit
