1. Overview

We want you to receive your order in good condition and exactly as described. If something goes wrong, we’ll help. This policy explains when returns and refunds are allowed, what is not eligible, and how the process works.

2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking status).

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may be denied.

3. Items Eligible for Return

Returns may be accepted if the item is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Defective / not functioning as intended

  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, wrong variation, or wrong quantity)

  • Missing items from the package (must be reported within the timeframe below)

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, wear, or alteration

  • Items returned without original packaging (when packaging is part of the product’s protection or value)

  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window

  • Orders with incorrect address entered by the customer (see Section 10)

Some products may also be final sale if clearly marked as such on the product page.

5. Refund Types

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement (same item, same variation)

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Partial refund (for minor defects or partial issues)

  • Store credit (only if you agree)

We decide the resolution based on the evidence and the situation. No, we don’t roll dice for this. Usually.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of the packaging (outer box + label if possible)

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Wrong Item or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of what you received

If confirmed, we will:

  • ship the missing item(s), or

  • replace the incorrect item, or

  • refund as appropriate

8. Return Condition Requirements

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable)

If returned items do not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected or refunded partially.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we cover return shipping or may not require a return at all.

  • If the return is for customer preference (example: changed mind), return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, and returns may be denied depending on the product type.

10. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.

If an order is:

  • returned as undeliverable, or

  • delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

We may:

  • offer reshipping (customer pays reshipping fee), or

  • refund the order minus shipping/handling costs, if the item is returned to us successfully.

11. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on PayPal/bank timelines.

  • Some banks may take longer to post the refund.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, because payment processors require time to review disputes. We’d rather solve it fast than play paperwork tennis.
