3. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Once we receive a complete DMCA notice:

  • We will review it promptly.

  • If appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the content.

  • We may notify the party who posted the content (if applicable).

4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Claim Is Wrong)

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. Identification of the content removed and where it appeared before removal (URL if available).

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the legally required time period.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access or services for repeat infringers, at our discretion, and without further notice.
